Liquid Democracy for intuition.box

A paid mission for the intuition.box DAO, around liquid democracy: delegated, revocable voting where you can hand your voting weight to someone you trust and take it back at any time. The POC demonstrates that governance responsibility itself can be delegated, scoped and enforced by ERC-7710 caveat enforcers, the same delegation thread as Hourglass, pointed at voting. This is what I'm working on right now; repo not public yet.
